Return Policy

  • Given the nature of our products (medicines / health treatments), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer.
  • Once a treatment pack or medicine has been dispatched and delivered, it is considered final sale.
  • We recommend to check the package carefully upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect goods (wrong product), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review and decide on a case-by-case basis.
  • For any return/refund requests due to change of mind, we regret we cannot accommodate them (as medicines cannot be resold once shipped).
